The front door opens in to a grand entrance with high ceiling and views through the living room to the garden. There is also a guest toilet in the entrance hall. There is High-Speed WiFi throughout the property plus an office area should the need arise to check those all-important emails!
Luxury Marbella Accommodation
Upstairs we have the Master Bedroom with Terrace, plus there are two double and two twin bedrooms, each individually decorated with their own colour theme. Each pair of bedrooms shares a bathroom. There is air conditioning throughout the house as well as additional ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.
Pool
The pool area consists of a large swimming pool, wooden decking area, sun loungers and Balinese style gazebo complete with chill out seating area.
Spa
The spa consists of a cold plunge pool, hot tub, steam room and heated swimming pool, allowing swimming all year round.
Outdoors
The outdoor area creates the perfect holiday setting with a large private pool, covered cabana, bar, lush garden and barbecue.
Indoors
Living room with working fire place, large sofa and widescreen TV, with direct access to the large private garden and pool area.
Well Equipped Facilities
The open plan kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and two large double door american fridge freezers with plenty of space to keep food and drinks cool for the whole party. The dining area has a large dining table and comfortable seating area and joins the living room with working fire place, large sofa and widescreen Smart TV. The living room has direct access to the large private garden and pool area.
Going outside you come to a wrap around terrace, one side consisting of an outdoor rattan seating area complete with wide screen TV. the other side has a large outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Perfect for some al fresco dining. There is High-Speed WiFi throughout the property.
*PLEASE NOTE*
There is a supplement to use the Indoor Heated Pool Facilities. This will be €600 per week and will include the use of the Indoor Pool (heated), Spa Facilities (Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room etc).
To heat the outdoor pool will be a cost of €600 per week.
*Both indoor and outdoor pools can be heated simultaneously.
MINIMUM STAY 7 NIGHTS
If do require a shorter stay please enquire, this will be on a case by case basis and depend on the season (JULY AND AUGUST NOT APPLICABLE)
